EDM’s role: 171 Collins Street was Melbourne’s first Premium Grade commercial building in 20 years. The building comprises approximately 33,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space and was developed in partnership by Charter Hall Office Trust and Cbus Property. It houses the global headquarters for BHP Billiton together with other large office tenancies including Evans & Partners, Egon Zehnder, McGrath Nicol and Wood Group.

Equity Development Management was appointed by Charter Hall to provide development management consultancy services.
