As development partners with Centuria Capital, EDM acted as Development/Project Managers and Superintendent on this mixed-use development, delivering 38 social/affordable housing units across 7 storeys, 2 levels of parking and a commercial tenancy for Compass Housing Services
EDM’s scope of services included feasibility works, negotiation of purchase contracts and transaction documentation, appointment of the consultant team, design and approvals management, tender and award of the building contract and contract administration.
