With more than 25 years of experience in the Australian property industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to EDM. He is a self-directed, results-oriented professional who has experience initiating, advising on and leading the delivery of a diverse range of significant construction and property projects throughout Australia.

Tim was one of the founders of Thinc, one of Sydney’s most notable project managers. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Thinc, Tim led a national team of 160 people, was responsible for business management and gained significant experience in private company boards.

Tim is a member of the NSW Urban Task Force, The Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building from The University of New South Wales along with Post Graduate Qualifications from the Australia Graduate School of Management.
