EDM was appointed by Opal Aged Care to manage the design and documentation, authority approvals, tender, contract award and construction delivery and administration of their new 120 bed RACF in Killarney Vale on the Central Coast. The new RACF is linked to the existing facility and will provide laundry and kitchen services to both. The project also includes construction of a new Allied Health facility. A concept design of small household focused – infection control was completed by late 2020. At that stage of the project was put on hold.
