EDM was appointed by Affordable Housing Solutions as project managers to administer the construction works for the Dapto Affordable Housing project.
The project comprised 108 residential units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units across 5 distinct buildings over a single common level of basement parking.
EDM services included value management review, finalisation of the design and award of the Design and Construct building contract.
