EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of the first stage of the Independent Living Unit (ILU) development at The Willows Retirement Village at Northmead in Sydney.
The project comprised of 24 new ILU’s over 2 levels above basement car parking in 2 separate buildings.
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, building contract tender, award, contract administration and superintendent services.
