EDM provided development and project management services for this proposed 250,000 sqm mixed use development in Moscow, Russia.
The project included:
1. 25,000 sqm of basement car parking,
2. 50,000 sqm of gaming and associated food & beverage and service areas,
3. 60,000 sqm of retail,
4. approximately 600 room hotel,
5. spa, health club, function and other entertainment facilities, administration, BoH and Plant areas.
EDM was appointed to identify, appoint and co-ordinate the project team and manage the design development process through the Concept Design, Schematic Design and Detailed Design development phases.
