EDM is regularly engaged on a range of strategic planning, feasibility and due diligence studies in various locations in NSW & Victoria. The projects range in scope and size from planning and feasibility studies of large scale high rise mixed use buildings and large scale land acquisitions for multi-building / multi-dwellings sites, through to the redevelopment of aged care facilities.
Among current engagements is a Planning Proposal seeking to amend the zoning and development controls for a major strategic site on Sydney’s North Shore. EDM has also recently completed a Due Diligence exercise for a proposed aged care development in Sydney’s east, where the client engaged EDM to evaluate an existing DA against a range of alternate options and undertake a new value management and feasibility study for the project.
On completion of due diligence, EDM is then able to provide the delivery stage services of the project including authority’s approvals, design development, tendering, construction administration and commissioning.
