EDM was appointed to provide project management services for the refurbishment of the 1,250 space Domain Car Park in Sydney. EDM coordinated the bid for the new long term lease and managed all aspects of the delivery of the works on behalf of Challenger. A Design and Construct contract was negotiated with Hindmarsh Constructions.
