Equity Development Management was appointed by St Vincent’s Care Services to manage the design review and documentation, authority approvals, tender and contract award, and construction delivery and administration of their new residential aged care facility in Bronte, NSW.
The project comprised demolition of the former Loreto Nursing Home and the construction of a new 106 bed Low, High, and Dementia care residential facility complete with basement level parking, back of house kitchen and laundry services, administration areas, Chapel, Wellness Centre, and health & beauty and café tenancies. The works included general landscaping works and a Dementia specific landscaped courtyard.
