EDM was appointed by Allity Aged Care to manage the design review/ documentation, authority approvals, tender/ contract award, and construction delivery/ administration of Redleaf Manor in Concord New South Wales.
The project comprised a 54 bed extension to an existing 62 bed Residential Aged Care Facility, including all associated additional amenities for residents and staff.
The project also comprised the reconfiguration of various areas within the existing building
to vastly improve the use and feel of the facility bringing it in line with the new extension.
These additional works involved both changes to structural and finishes elements.
The works also included landscaping, civil works, external car park changes and boundary feature statements/fencing.
