EDM was appointed by Montefiore as Project Managers for the ongoing development at their Randwick campus. EDM’s scope included design and documentation management, authority approvals, tender and contract award, and construction delivery and administration of Blocks E & F – 79 new luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bed Independent Living Units (ILUs) over two buildings.
The projects incorporated basement car parking, pool, gym, bar, theatrette and lounge areas, kitchens and dining, significant function areas and landscaping works.
