EDM identified this site, managed land acquisition and subsequently negotiated the transaction documentation with Compass Housing and development partner Centuria Capital.
EDM services included feasibility analysis, land acquisition and subsequent development of concept design through to DA design and lodgement. Additionally, EDM managed the tender and contract award, contract administration, Superintendent services and overall delivery of this 60 Social/Affordable Housing Development set across 3 buildings, commercial space, car parking and with substantial landscaped common areas.
