EDM were Development/Project Managers on this Mixed Use Development comprising 56 social/affordable housing units, commercial suite and two levels of car parking.
Working with Compass Housing Services and development partner Centuria Capital, EDM responsibilities included feasibility analysis, management of land acquisition, negotiation of transaction documentation, appointment and management of the project team, design and approvals management, tender and award of the building contract and Superintendent function.
