Equity Development Management has been selected as the Project Manager for the design, approvals and construction stages of Sell & Parker’s Kings Park Renewable Energy Manufacturing Hub.

Sell and Parker has been operating as metal recyclers and steel plate processors since 1966 and in 2019 Sell and Parker acquired Allthread Industries, a long-established bespoke bolt manufacturer. The Sell and Parker Plates and Bolts Business Unit now comprises of Precision Oxycut, Allthread Industries and First Forge. The Plate and Bolts Business Unit is Australia’s only fully integrated supplier of complete wind tower anchor cages that connect large wind turbine towers to their foundations.

Sell & Parker now proposes to simplify and improve efficiency of the Plates and Bolts Business Unit (bolt rolling, bolt coating, plate cutting, machining and assembly) by co-locating the five main stages of production to create a precinct focused on manufacturing components for the renewable energy industry. Sell & Parker has procured a 3ha site adjacent their Blacktown recycling facility to develop as the Kings Park Renewable Energy Manufacturing Hub over three main manufacturing buildings.
