Aveo have appointed EDM as Project Managers on the second stage of their Bella Vista Haven Project which is comprised of 83 Independent Living Apartments, Community Facilities within Building B including library, cinema, pool pavillion and related external works.
EDM’s scope of works include tender assessment and contract award, management of design finalisation, construction delivery and administration and the role of Superintendent under the head contract.
