EDM provided design management, authorities’ management and project management/ contract administration for the façade upgrade to Montefiore’s 276 bed aged care facility at their Randwick campus.
The upgrade consisted of replacement panelling, colour backed glazing and painted masonry to the entire façade in tones in harmony with the recently completed and adjacent luxury ILU facility, M by Montefiore.
The works were successfully completed with minimal impact on operations in the live operating aged care facility through carefully planned, communicated and executed staging.
