EDM was appointed by James Milson Village in July 2017 to assess and manage potential development opportunities within the existing village in North Sydney, as well as opportunities to expand onto neighbouring sites.
James Milson Village currently provides accommodation for 240 residents across five levels of care.
EDM’s role included providing preliminary input into the rezoning process, concept design development, and feasibility assessment of potential development opportunities.
