EDM provided project management services for a residential subdivision development at the Pacific Dunes Golf Course Estate in Medowie, Port Stephens.
The Pacific Dunes development is a spacious, master-planned community set across 135 hectares, surrounding a golf course. Key features include community facilities, a clubhouse, natural bushland, wide streets, leafy parks, and walking trails.
The project was delivered in multiple stages, including rezoning of land, construction of a new clubhouse, and a 300-lot residential subdivision of the land surrounding the golf course.
