EDM provided development and project management services for a proposed 250,000 sqm mixed-use development in Moscow, Russia.
The project comprised:
-25,000 sqm of basement car parking
-50,000 sqm of gaming areas with associated food and beverage and service facilities
-60,000 sqm of retail space
-Approximately 600-room hotel
-Spa, health club, function and other entertainment facilities, administration, back-of-house, and plant areas
EDM was appointed to identify, appoint, and coordinate the project team and manage the design development process through the Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design phases.
