EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of Independent Living Units (ILUs) adjacent to the existing The Cove Retirement Village at Daleys Point on the Central Coast.
The project comprised eight new waterfront independent living units constructed above basement car parking.
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, building contract tendering, contract award, and full contract administration.
