EDM provided property advisory, concept design management, and feasibility analysis services for the proposed Valley Terminal redevelopment at Thredbo, NSW.
The proposed development included a new hotel and apartment accommodation providing approximately 500 beds, together with retail, restaurants, bars, and skier facilities forming a new mixed-use alpine destination.
