EDM was appointed to provide development management services for the proposed Perisher Village Centre project at Perisher Valley, NSW, an 800-bed mixed-use development incorporating approximately 6,000sqm of commercial and retail space.
EDM’s services included feasibility analysis, design team coordination, and stakeholder liaison with NSW State Government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and special interest groups.
Concept Plan approval was obtained in November 2006. Design development for Stage 1 (66 apartments and 1,000sqm of ground floor retail) recommenced in April 2011, with a Development Application lodged in November 2011.
