EDM was engaged by St Vincent’s Care Services (SVCS) to undertake Technical Due Diligence (TDD) in support of three aged care acquisitions: Rosary Village (Yennora), St Joan of Arc Villa (Haberfield), and John Paul Village (Heathcote).
EDM coordinated a team of specialist consultants to undertake site inspections, review available documentation, and provide technical advice on identified issues. The review included life cycle cost assessments of existing improvements and identification of future capital expenditure requirements.
The services were completed in 2019.
