EDM was appointed by Allity Aged Care to manage the delivery of the fire services upgrade works at a number of their Aged Care facilities across New South Wales.

The fire services upgrade works were required to comply with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Fire Sprinkler Systems) Regulation 2012 which took effect as of 1 January 2013.

The works included the installation of wet and dry fire services, such as fire sprinklers, smoke detectors, addressable warning systems, fire indicator panels, and fire hydrants, boosters and pumps.
