EDM was appointed by Aventus Property as Project Managers for the redevelopment of Caringbah Home large format retail centre on Taren Point Road, Caringbah in Sydney.
The development included significant refurbishment of the existing centre and he addition of approximately 15,000 sqm of GLA. The project scope included new mall areas and finishes, new building services including vertical transportation, full code compliance upgrade, new facades and car parking.
Major tenants include Harvey Norman, Freedom, Captain Snooze, Barbeques Galore and Adairs.
The Head Contractor, Mainbrace Constructions, completed the car park upgrade, refurbishment of the mall and amenities to both levels of the centre and façade upgrade.
