EDM were the Development and Project Managers on this significant residential development in Newcastle. Situated between Hunter and King Streets in Newcastle’s CBD, the project comprised 262 apartments and 450sqm of retail space spread over two towers of 17 & 11 stories respectively.
EDM was the Principal’s Representative for all stages of the project and co-ordinated all aspects of the apartment sales and marketing.
Mine grouting and demolition works are now complete and approved.
