EDM was appointed by James Milson Village in July 2017 to assess and manage the potential development opportunities within the existing village in North Sydney in addition to opportunities to expand on to other neighbouring sites.
The existing James Milson Village provides accommodation for 240 aged residents across 5 levels of care.
Our role was to provide preliminary input into the rezoning, concept and feasibility stages of potential development opportunities.
