EDM provided development and project management services for the redevelopment of a cleared site adjacent to the client’s existing land holdings in the Newcastle CBD.
The development included a large neighbourhood shopping centre and three residential towers. Stage 1 comprised all retail and car parking areas. Major tenants included Big W, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, Dick Smith Electronics and Anytime Fitness.
EDM provided feasibility analysis, established the project team, co-ordinated design development, secured approvals, building contract tender and award and managed the project through to completion.
