EDM was appointed by Masters as Project Managers for the concept design and head contract tendering of the new Masters Home Improvement Centre and associated car parking at Rouse Hill, Sydney.
The project is on a 37,000m2 site with a main building gross floor area of 13,500m2 together with a separate 1,200m2 tenancy and a car park exceeding 350 spaces.
EDM’s services included tender and award of the Design and Construct building contract.
