EDM provided pre-DA advisory, feasibility analysis and Project Management services for the redevelopment of Mission Australia’s homeless men’s facility, Campbell House, in Surry Hills, NSW. The onsite works commenced in October 2004 and were completed in August 2005.
EDM was appointed as Project Manager to coordinate the design team, negotiate with and appoint contractors and manage Mission Australia’s interests throughout the project.
