EDM provided project management services for a residential subdivision development at the Pacific Dunes Golf Course Estate at Medowie, Port Stephens.
The Pacific Dunes residential development is a spacious, master-planned community style residential sub-division estate surrounding a golf course set on 135 hectares. Highlights include community facilities, a club house, natural bush land, wide streets, leafy parks and walking trails.
The project was divided into several stages including rezoning of land, a new club house and a further 300 residential lot sub-division of land that currently surrounds the golf course
