A redevelopment of the Caringbah Home large format retail centre on Taren Point Road, Caringbah. EDM was appointed by Aventus Property as Project Manager, overseeing a significant refurbishment of the existing centre and the addition of approximately 15,000 sqm of GLA. The project included new mall areas and finishes, upgraded building services including vertical transportation, full code compliance upgrades, new façades and expanded car parking. Major tenants include Harvey Norman, Freedom, Snooze, Barbeques Galore and Adairs. The Head Contractor, Mainbrace Constructions, completed the car park upgrade, refurbishment of mall areas and amenities across both levels of the centre, and façade upgrades.
