EDM successfully delivered the refurbishment and code upgrade of the InterContinental Sydney Double Bay (formerly the Ritz-Carlton).
EDM managed the design and construction of the 140-room hotel upgrade, including extensive food and beverage, function, and retail facilities. Works also incorporated a new rooftop pool and bar and introduced street-level alfresco dining.
The five-star InterContinental Sydney Double Bay officially opened in November 2014.
