EDM has been appointed by Jemalong St Leonards, a subsidiary of Twynam Investments, to provide our development and project management services for the proposed Nicholson Place project.

Nicholson Place is a proposed A-Grade, 25 storey, 4 basement level, 34,000 sqm GFA commercial tower on the corner of Nicholson Street and Christie Street St Leonards.

Nicholson Place will consist of functional, leasable areas and large floorplate sizes to attract a blue chip back office or a corporate headquarters tenant to St Leonards.
