Local Government Super (LGS) engaged EDM for both Development and Project Management services for the proposed extensions plus upgrades to Sturt Mall shopping centre in Wagga Wagga.
The proposed works consist of a new 4,200sqm Coles supermarket, refurbishment of the existing Kmart, new specialty shops and amenities and a multi-deck carpark. The works will increase the GLA of the centre from 15,000sqm to 22,000sqm.
Development consent for the proposed works was obtained in February 2014.
The site was acquired by Dexus in mid 2014.
