EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of the Independent Living Units (ILUs) adjacent to the existing The Cove retirement village at Daleys Point on the Central Coast.
The project included 8 new independent living units above basement car parking on a waterfront site.
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, building contract tender, award and contract administration.
