EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of the second stage of the Independent Living Unit (ILU) development at The Willows Retirement Village on Windsor Road at Winston Hills, Sydney.
The project comprised a total of 29 ILUs in a number of buildings:
- 1 apartment building of 10 ILUs over 2 levels, above 1 level of basement parking.
- 16 over/under townhouses comprising of 4 blocks of 4 with single garages.
- 3 villas with double garages.
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, building contract tender, award, contract administration and superintendent services.
