EDM was appointed by Aliro Group to provide superintendent and project management services for the refurbishment of an existing warehouse as part of the wider redevelopment of their TripleTwoNine estate located at 13 Endeavour Road, Caringbah.
The works were comprised of an internal refurbishment, services upgrades, façade modifications, roof replacement, reconfiguration of inter-tenancy walls, civil works and landscaping to suit incoming tenant requirements and ongoing operations.
EDM’s scope included design and documentation management with the head contractor, co-ordination of various authority approvals, contract award and construction delivery and administration.
