Equity Development Management has been selected as the Project Manager to assist the Aliro Group with the master planning, design, approvals and construction administration services for improvements at Aliro Group’s TripleTwoNine estate at Caringbah.
The TripleTwoNine estate has an area of 12.38 hectares with street frontage to Captain Cook Drive along the south-western boundary and Endeavour Road along the north-western boundary. The site adjoins Woolooware Bay to the north and Solander Fields to the east.
Aliro Group’s vision for the TripleTwoNine estate is to create a world-class mixed-use business park achieving a 5 star Green Star Communities rating. A number of the existing structures on the site have already been repurposed. New buildings will also be built to evolve the estate into a high-quality mixed-use precinct. The site will become a destination hub for locals and the wider community providing a mix of businesses, recreational facilities and amenity to complement the end users. This will be achieved through high quality urban design, planning and architecture.
