EDM was appointed by Uniting to manage the design & documentation, authority approvals, tender, contract award and construction delivery and administration of their new 100 bed RACF in Gerringong.
The project comprised demolition, services diversions, construction of a new RACF with back of house services, administration areas, Chapel, Wellness Centre, hair salon & café, and landscaping.
