BRUCE WALLIS
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Bruce has more than thirty-five years’ experience in the Australian property and construction industry, and founded Equity Development Management in 2001. He brings deep expertise across planning, development and delivery, remaining closely involved through critical stages and key decision points. Bruce is known for his ability to understand client objectives from multiple perspectives and for adding value through disciplined oversight and informed judgement at every stage.

PHILIP RIDDELL
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Philip joined the property and construction industry in 1988 and has been part of the EDM team since 2008. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to complex projects and plays an active role in mentoring and supporting project teams. Philip is highly regarded for applying technical knowledge and sound judgement to achieve strong client outcomes.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR
With a career spanning the property industry since 1983, Tim provides senior strategic and advisory support to EDM and its clients. As a former Chief Executive Officer of a national and international property consultancy, he contributes deep insight across development strategy, governance and project delivery.

RICK MEGNA
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Rick brings over a decade of experience in the development and construction industry, with a strong focus on client-side project delivery and stakeholder coordination. He manages complex projects with competing interests, operating as an extension of client teams to ensure objectives are clearly understood and delivered. Rick is valued for creating collaborative project environments, resolving issues constructively and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management (First Class Honours) from UTS, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM), and holds a NSW Builder’s Licence.
