EDM identified the site, managed the land acquisition, and negotiated transaction documentation with Compass Housing and development partner Centuria Capital.
EDM’s services included feasibility analysis, development of concept design through to Development Application (DA) design and lodgement, and overall project delivery. EDM also managed the tender and contract award, contract administration, Superintendent services, and the successful delivery of this 60-unit social and affordable housing development, comprising three buildings, commercial space, car parking, and substantial landscaped common areas.
