EDM acted as Development and Project Managers for this mixed-use development, which comprises 56 social and affordable housing units, a commercial suite, and two levels of car parking.
In collaboration with Compass Housing Services and development partner Centuria Capital, EDM’s responsibilities included feasibility analysis, managing land acquisition, negotiating transaction documentation, appointing and overseeing the project team, coordinating design and approvals, managing the tender and award of the building contract, and performing the Superintendent role.
