As development partners with Centuria Capital, EDM acted as Development and Project Managers and Superintendent on this mixed-use development, delivering 38 social and affordable housing units across seven storeys, two levels of parking, and a commercial tenancy for Compass Housing Services.
EDM’s scope of services included feasibility analysis, negotiating purchase contracts and transaction documentation, appointing the consultant team, managing design and approvals, tendering and awarding the building contract, and administering the contract throughout construction.
