EDM was appointed by Uniting to manage the design and documentation, obtain authority approvals, oversee the tender and contract award, and deliver and administer the construction of their new 100-bed Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) in Gerringong.
The project involved demolition, utility service diversions, and construction of a new RACF with back-of-house services, administration areas, a chapel, wellness centre, hair salon, café, and landscaped grounds.
