EDM was appointed by Allity Aged Care to manage the design review and documentation, authority approvals, tender and contract award, and construction delivery and administration of Redleaf Manor in Concord, New South Wales.
The project comprised a 54-bed extension to an existing 62-bed Residential Aged Care Facility, including all associated amenities to support additional residents and staff.
Works also included the reconfiguration of key areas within the existing building to significantly enhance the functionality and overall amenity of the facility, aligning it with the quality and standard of the new extension. These works involved both structural modifications and internal finishes upgrades.
Additional scope included landscaping, civil works, modifications to the external car park, and new boundary feature treatments and fencing.
