EDM provided development and project management services for the redevelopment of a cleared site adjacent to the client’s existing land holdings in Newcastle’s CBD.
The development comprised a large neighbourhood shopping centre and three residential towers. Stage 1 included all retail and car parking areas, with major tenants such as Big W, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, Dick Smith Electronics, and Anytime Fitness.
EDM’s services included feasibility analysis, establishment of the project team, coordination of design development, securing approvals, tendering and awarding the building contract, and managing the project through to completion.
