EDM assisted Garlo’s Pies with their relocation to a new purpose-built facility at Kingsgrove. The company purchased an existing office and warehouse/factory and designed and constructed a state-of-the-art baking and freezing process plant within the existing building envelope.
EDM managed the design, authority approvals, and tendering of the Design and Construct contract on behalf of Garlo’s Pies. EDM also provided early-stage construction support with Total Construction until Garlo’s Pies took over management to completion.
The project was completed in August 2016.
