EDM was appointed by Stockland to manage the delivery of Stage 2 of the Independent Living Unit (ILU) development at The Willows Retirement Village on Windsor Road, Winston Hills, Sydney.
The project comprised a total of 29 ILUs across multiple buildings:
-One apartment building containing 10 ILUs over two levels, above one level of basement parking
-Sixteen over/under townhouses in four blocks of four, each with a single garage
-Three villas with double garages
EDM’s services included design and approvals management, tendering and awarding the building contract, contract administration, and superintendent services.
